Especially for young people, the question of whether and how they will work later is of enormous importance.

“The Internet makes it possible for the first time to completely reorganize work. Good digital work can bring more real freedom into the daily lives of employees. Professionals potentially become independent in terms of time and place.” says Frank Bsirske about digital work environments. But is the related long-term accessibility desirable from the point of view of employees? On the other side of development, there is also the challenge of properly educating the next generation for the work of tomorrow and of counteracting youth unemployment, which affects almost a third of young people in countries such as Greece or Spain.

What measures are necessary in Germany, in Europe, to offer young people long-term perspectives? How do digitalisation and the progressive automation of artificial intelligence affect the future working life? What role do trade unions play in European civil society and in the shaping of working environments in the coming decades? We would like to discuss these and other questions with you and Frank Bsirske.

We look forward to your participation and ask you to register until 03.09. online (see below) or by e-mail.
