Your start as a trainer

Training and Consulting

Our training programme on European Democratic Citizenship Education is aimed primarily at young people in Europe, including our peer trainers and coordinators in 15 European countries. Upon request, we also carry out qualification modules for other peer multipliers. The programme is based on the Council of Europe Charter on Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education. We qualify young peer trainers in four competence areas:

Start as a Peer Trainer

Here we announce new positions for peer trainers in Germany. If you are interested in a position in one of the other 14 countries covered by our project, you can contact the local teams directly.

Qualification programme for peer trainers

Our peer trainers participate in a multi-level qualification programme. Here you will learn more about the contents and formats at the regional and European levels.

Offers for former peer trainers

We invite former peer trainers to continue participating in the foundation’s projects and to stay active in our European network. If you would like to know about current alumni activities, please write to our alumni manager.

Consulting for project coordinators and founders

We support and accompany our young coordinators in 15 countries during project organisation and the running of crash courses on topics relating to Europe. Would you like to start a trainer team in your region? We would be happy to advise you.

Further education for teachers and peer multipliers

Upon request, we also conduct our training seminars for teachers and peer multipliers. Contact us.
