European election 2024 - your voice counts!

We are very pleased to invite you to the event „European Elections 2024 – Your vote counts!“ with Christine Reh, Luise Quaritsch and Romance Bassingha. The event will take place on 28.05.2024 at 10.30 a.m. at the Hertie School, Friedrichstraße 180, 10117 Berlin.

The European election year 2024 is just around the corner and with it the chance to actively shape the future of Europe. For the first time in Germany, 16-year-olds can also cast their vote in the European elections. Together with the Jacques Delors Centre at the Hertie School, we therefore cordially invite pupils and accompanying teachers to an information event that will take place on May 28 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hertie School. Together we want to discuss why it is so important to vote in the European elections, how a single vote can make a difference and how to protect yourself from fake news. We want to guide students step by step through the election process so that they know exactly how to cast their vote and what it means.

It is particularly important to us to support pupils in this important phase of political participation and to give them the opportunity to ask questions and obtain information. We look forward to an informative and interactive exchange.

We ask for a binding registration by 16.04.2024 by e-mail to: events@schwarzkopf-stiftung.de.

Let’s shape the future of Europe together!
