Equal Treatment Complaints Office

The Complaints Office pursuant to Art. 13 General Equal Treatment Act is committed to fostering a discrimination-free work environment and promoting equality and respect in the workplace.

The Complaints Office is available to receive complaints from individuals who are in an employment relationship with the Schwarzkopf Foundation, including applicants, freelancers and former employees, and feel discriminated against and disadvantaged due to race or ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual identity.

Our Complaints Office provides confidential and easily accessible counselling. With the consent of the individual concerned, we can proceed with further steps towards conflict resolution and other appropriate measures.
